Summary: Our stay was fantastic. The property was a perfect location to both Hendersonville and Brevard. Lots of hiking and activities. The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean. Modern decor. Great property. Super comfortable and cozy. We had the most amazing time and will return.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for the weekend and really enjoyed the cottage. It was very clean and had all kitchen amenities we could need. And not least of all, a beautiful yard and view of the opposing mountain. Sitting on the porch reading was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. Our host was very friendly when we had chance encounter, but she didn't intrude in the cottage. The location of the cottage was really great, too. We were within 15 minutes of Brevard, parks and great hiking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are very appreciative of the Coan family. Thank you!!

Summary: Myself and my 21 year old son enjoyed our stay at this perfect little cottage. We spent three nights in the area hiking waterfalls. It is close to everything, but quiet farm setting. It was very clean and comfortable!
